Dive site suitable for beginners and night dives. 

The Crayfish Cove

Dive site in a protected cove suitable for beginners as well as for advanced and experienced divers; terrain from 5 m to the max. depth of 42 m (occurrence of crayfish, a wall). 

The Cave

Unique dive site suitable for rather advanced and experienced divers, where a small cave with an entrance from 5 m to 7 m is situated. It is possible to swim through it as far as the air pocket. Near the cave there is a nicely overgrown undersea reef rising from water level. Its maximum depth is 54 m. Here it is possible to see even black gorgonias, precious sponges and lots of fish. 

The Camel Reef

Interesting dive site located in a restful protected cove. Suitable for beginners as well as for advanced and experienced divers. The terrain where the canyons are swum through begins in the depth of 4 m and on the undersea reef it falls as far as the maximum depth of 45 m. 

 The Undersea extremity of "St. Marc"

Distant dive site is very interesting for its shape of this huge undersea reef running in the eastern direction to the open sea. It is about 100 m long and about 8 m wide, bordered by walls sloping down to the maximum depth of 50 m (undersea life, vegetation, gorgonias). Two dives at the minimum are recommended. Locality suitable even for beginners, where the accompaniment of a divemaster is necessary.

The Shipwreck "Nicola Costa"

Dive site for experienced divers, terrain from 8 m to the maximum depth of 40 m. To the torso of the old wooden sailing-boat lying on sandy sea floor we are lead by a big anchor sticking out from the sand and its strong chain about 30 m long. It is an interesting shipwreck, especially for its honourable age - the sinking is dated back to the first half of the 19th century. From the shipwreck the dive continues in southern direction, where we can see walls of the undersea reef reaching the maximum depth of 50 m (vegetation and undersea life). 

 

The Triget Island (Octopuses Island)

Known under the name "island". The terrain is suitable for beginners as well as for experienced divers (night dives). The northern side of the reef converts into a wall sloping down to the maximum depth of 40 m, which is rich in vegetation of soft corals and sea feathers, sponges, species of fish and octopuses. It is possible to dive the whole island all the way round.

The Velebit Lighthouse

Distant dive site for experienced and advanced divers (occurrence of streams). Terraced terrain and undersea reef reaching as far as the depth of 50 m. Lots of species of fish, octopuses and interesting flora. 

The Pastur Wall

Dive site suitable for beginners, as well as for advanced and experienced divers; maximum depth 46 m.

The Nose

Dive site in a cove suitable both for beginners and for advanced and experienced divers; depth from 5 m to 56 m at the maximum. Gorgonias and scorpion fish can be seen.

The Swimming Pool

Dive site closed with a reef suitable both for beginners and for advanced and experienced divers; terrain from 4 m to the maximum depth of 40 m (cascades, walls). 

The Bogies

Dive site in a cove suitable for beginners as well as for advanced and experienced divers where there are big mining bogies located from the depth of 6 m to the approximate depth of 44 m; up to now about 7 bogies were found (the terrain has not been completely explored and the number of the bogies remains unclear).

 

The Shipwreck Rose

This very attractive distant dive site is suitable for experienced divers. Diving with lower qualification is possible only with accompaniment. There is a shipwreck of a 30-meter-long wooden cargo ship with a steel frame. It is situated on sandy sea floor in the depth of 30 m (bow) to the max. depth of 50m (stern, propeller). In case of good visibility it is possible to see walls of nice undersea reefs located about 35 m from the shipwreck. Locality rich in undersea life (lobster, eel, scorpion fish, octopus, sea feathers, soft corals, etc.). For this locality one dive is not fully sufficient (we recommend 2 dives at the minimum).

Vrak Ruža

The Pigoen Cave

Distant dive site suitable for beginners as well as for advanced and experienced divers. A cave beginning above the sea level ends about 10 m below it. In the eastern direction from the cave the terrain turns into a long wall of the reef falling to the maximum depth of 54 m (eel, vegetation, gorgonias). 

The Crayfish Cove

Dive site in a protected cove suitable for beginners as well as for advanced and experienced divers; terrain from 5 m to the max. depth of 42 m (occurrence of crayfish, a wall). 

Lun - Gorgonias

Very distant locality at the end of the extremity of the Pag island - Lun, which is known for its rich sea life (fish, octopuses) and rich vegetation (soft corals and black gorgonias, sea feathers, sponges). It is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced and experienced divers. Terraced terrain from 5 m to the maximum depth of 40 m. It is worth seeing.

 The Roman Fort

Distant locality in a beautiful cove suitable for beginners as well as for experienced divers. Terrain from the depth of 3 m, where at the mouth of the cove there are walls reaching the depth of 40 m. It is possible to find here chips of amphoras.

Wreck "Noname" (Nemo)

We are working on the site (depth 40 to 50 m).

Amphoras

New site where amphoras were found was discovered by local diver Mr. Dražen Peranič from Stara Novalja, dožupan Ličko-senjske županie. He gave notice of this locality of amphoras for the first time in March 2004 when he located also the inestimable site of amphoras at the shore of the Pag island near Stara Novalja.

Diving is currently prohibited at this hydro-archaeological site. Due to the devastation and theft of a large number of amphoras.
